The warranty is provided in addition to any warranty or guarantees imposed by law and in particular the guarantees implied by Australian Consumer Law. This specific warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the Proprietor’s occupancy. Contact BGC Housing Group for further details.

T & C’s (BGC Trade – National Tradies Day Giveaway)

T & C’s (Refer A Friend Program)

1. This offer is valid from 23 June 2023 until further notice (collectively, “the Promotion Period”).

2. This offer involves a $250.00 (two hundred and fifty dollars) AUD referral payment to persons who successfully refer an Eligible Trade to BGC Housing Group during the Promotion Period.

3. The referral payment is paid for each painter, house cleaner, hardstand grano, plasterer, brick cleaner, tiler, or general maintenance/brick paver that is referred (the “Eligible Trade”), with no maximum amount set of persons that can be referred (i.e. one person successfully referred equals a $250 referral payment; two persons successfully referred equals a $500 referral payment).

3.1 NB: fixing carpenter/hardstand grano/plasterer/brick cleaner/painter/tiler/brick paver/painter/house cleaner is to be viewed as a contractor. Should there be two or more persons working for the contractor, for the purposes of these Terms & Conditions they are to be viewed as one.

4. To be eligible to receive this offer, the referrer must:

4.1 Be over the age of eighteen years.

4.2 Have their referred Eligible Trade submit the referrer’s details prior to signing a Sub-Contractor Agreement, as well as fully disclosing the referral.

4.3 Referred persons must be new contractors to BGC Housing Group and not have previously enquired.

5. The $250 referral payment will be paid within ten working (10) days to the referrer after the Eligible Trade completes their first job.

6. You must not promote or market this offer through any paid advertising channels or to the public at large.

7. You must disclose to your friend or family member about the existence of this offer when engaging in the referral.

8. You must not make any representations about BGC Housing Group’s service/product that is outside of your knowledge. BGC Housing Group holds no liability for any representations made by third parties that have not been approved by BGC Housing Group.

9. You represent to BGC Housing Group that you have the express consent of your friend/family member in providing their details for a referral. You will hold full liability in regards to any privacy or spam breaches should this not be accurate.

10. All ancillary costs associated with redeeming the offer are the responsibility of the referrer. Independent financial advice should be sought by the winner as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the offer.

11. This offer is a promotional offer only and is not to be considered as an engagement of employment or otherwise.
