Another advantage of being powered by BGC is that we produce the majority of our own building materials, all of which are manufactured here in WA. It’s why we have the confidence to offer you a Lifetime Structural Warranty* on your new home.
The quality control you want
from start to finish with a WA building company
Minimum 6-star energy rating.
Caring for the environment starts at home, so every house we build has a minimum NatHERS 6-star energy rating. Our homes are designed and built to be cooler in summer and warmer in winter, making them more efficient to heat and cool. They also conserve our most precious resource of all, water, and have 4-star WELS rated tapware and dual-flush WC cisterns.
- 6 Star energy rating as standard
- Reduce the need for artificial cooling/heating
- Save around 24%^ on heating and cooling costs compared to a 4 or 5 Star home
- Higher level of energy efficiency
- Less impact on the environment by reducing your carbon footprint
- Better resale value in the future
Lifetime Structural Warranty*
As we manufacture the majority of our building materials, we know they’re made to last. We’re equally proud of the calibre of our workmanship. That’s why we have the confidence to cover your home with a Lifetime Structural Warranty* for as long as you live in it. With our size, strength and stability you know we’ll always be here to honour our promise to you.
