As an apprentice, it’s important to remember that you will play a very important role in day-to-day operations. As such, a few of your responsibilities will include:
When you are employed and registered as an apprentice or trainee with BGC Housing Group, you can then choose the TAFE or RTO you wish to attend.
Once you have chosen your preferred training centre, BGC will set up your registration for you in the appropriate course, and work with you to determine your training and work schedule.
Throughout your apprenticeship, your supervisor at BGC Housing Group will monitor your progress within your training plans and studies, and support you in helping you succeed in your chosen profession.
