Verge Wins at UDIA Awards

On Saturday the 21^st of September 2019 Now Living, Terrace and BGC Development attended the 2019 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence.

Now Living walked away with the Excellence in Marketing Award for their Verge Micro-Lot Housing Project.  In more good news for the group, Now Living’s Cambria Apartment Project and BGC Development project ‘The Residences – Tribeca North’ , were both finalists in the Excellence in Medium Density Development Award.

Now Living’s Cambria Apartment Project was also a finalist in the Excellence in Affordable Housing Award.

GM Paul Spadanuda thanked all who had worked on the projects, and said “the awards highlight the strength of our group of business to deliver projects to the highest standard from concept to completion”.
