The Loan Company Wins Again at the MFAA State Excellence Awards

The 2020 MFAA State Excellence Awards were again a success for The Loan Company, who took out the prestigious ‘Best Customer Service’ award.  The MFAA Excellence Awards are the most rigorous in the Australian mortgage and finance industry, and are judged by an independent panel of industry specialists, business professionals and experts.

This was The Loan Company’s second prestigious Customer Service Award for 2020, having previously taken out The Adviser’s Better Business Award in February.  The Loan Company’s  General Manager Simon Kahl described the wins as “a massive achievement and one that does not happen without an amazing team that is dedicated to the highest levels of service for all our clients”.

Mr Kahl also recognised Rebecca Kerr who was a finalist in the ‘Young Professional’ category, along with Emma Campbell who was a finalist in the ‘Best Loan Administrator’ category. ” Being recognised  as a finalist is something to be incredibly proud of, and both Rebecca and Emma continue to shine in their roles, with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail” Mr Kahl said.
