International Women’s Day 2025
Last week we celebrated International Women’s Day 2025, commemorating 30 years since the United Nation’s Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action for achieving gender equality.
This year’s theme is March Forward: For ALL Women and Girls. This International Women’s Day, we can all play a part in Marching Forward, as it reminds us that ongoing forward momentum is essential to turning commitments into action and promises into progress.
At BGC Housing Group we strive to ensure women are given equal opportunity to build their capabilities and strengthen their capacity to learn, earn and lead across the group. With women making up close to half of our workforce, providing equal opportunities and the support to thrive is at the core of what we stand for.
