Celebrating the Launch of BGC Trade

It is essential to recognise and celebrate the remarkable work completed by our tradespeople. The launch of the BGC Trade brand demonstrates our commitment to providing our trades with the support and resources they need to excel. By placing a focus on our trades and their invaluable contributions, BGC Housing Group can create a more resilient and prosperous construction industry.

On Friday 5^th May, BGC Housing Group held a trades breakfast in Baldivis at The Rivergums Estate by Cedar Woods. The morning provided a great opportunity for trades to kick-start their day with a delicious breakfast, steaming cups of coffee, and engaging conversations with industry professionals. Serving as the official launch for the BGC Trade brand, we were thrilled with the impressive turnout.

A highlight of the event was the generous Milwaukee Site Radio giveaway from Toolkit Depot. Additionally, trades had the chance to collect the first batch of BGC Trade branded merchandise to wear onsite. BGC Housing Group looks forward to organising more trade breakfast events in the future.

Over the past few weeks, the BGC Housing Group Marketing team have been on site visits to connect with our tradespeople and understand their challenges as well as what they enjoy about working for us. The Marketing team uses this knowledge to create helpful content for our BGC Trade Facebook and Instagram platforms. During the visits, we surprise the teams with free merchandise and coffee to show appreciation for their hard work. The goal is to continue to strengthen our relationships with our strong trade base.
