Fatima has been in her role as Sales Coordinator at BGC for over two years. Her day to day involves onboarding the Sales Consultants from when they start and assist both them and their managers with any queries contract related. Fatima enjoys that every day is a new challenge at BGC and approaches her work with tenacity and drive.

Emma Balch is the Administration Manager at BGC Housing Group. Emma has worked for BGC Housing Group for a little over a year now, her main role involves the overview of the jobs in Administration across the First Homebuyer divisions. How long does the recruitment process typically take?

After the initial application has been submitted, applicants are normally then followed up by a few short screening questions via telephone that if successful, will lead to being shortlisted for an interview. There may be a second interview required, depending on the level and the role. Following the interview an offer will be made to the applicant subject to reference checks, with the final stage including any onboarding tasks.
